Lighthouse is working hard to improve these lead times and offers an expedite option for customers needing a quicker turn time. Welcome to Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions RMA Page. Please read below as we have some exciting changes to our service department you order to better serve our customers.

Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions Calibration/Repair Services:

  1. ISO 17025 accredited calibration certificates are now available at all domestic service centers!
  2. As received data is now included with all calibrations.
  3. Automated quotes sent out 24 hours from approval.
  4. Lead times will vary depending on the services requested and service center. Expedite services are available for most instruments and facilities.

Before you start your request please make sure you have the following information

  1. The Serial Numbers (S/N) of all items to be returned and product type.
  2. The Services you are wanting to request/reason for return.
  3. Contact information and billing / return shipment address/shipping account and method (if applicable).

Packing and Shipping Instructions: It is best to keep your original packing material for return shipments, however, if the original packaging is not available be sure to package your instrument in a strong box with plenty of bubble wrap. To protect your instrument during shipping, cap off the instruments inlet or ISO probe to protect from contamination.
